Darier is actively seeking collaborations, strategic alliances and business development opportunities including: 1) New product developments in dermatology, from finished products/line extensions to New Chemical Entities (early to late stages), including but not limited to Acne, Atopic Dermatitis and Skin Cancer protection. This can happen through In-Licensing, co-development, acquisitions. Patents preferred. 2) New Delivery Systems and innovatie topical and oral technologies. 3) Out-Licensing and Exports: existing product lines of Darier (pharma and dermo/cosmeceuticals) as well as patented New Chemicals Entities in Dermatology available outside of México 4) Toll and Contract Manufacturing (including but not limited to semi-solids, solids and steroids).
